of the screen.

• Accumulated elongation percentage:
SmartMesh-P has less elongation to momentary and intermittent stretching force. In addition, it
recovers its original position and shape due to the intermittent stretching force. Nittoku’s
proprietary mesh technology incorporates the highest quality thread, weaving processes, heat
setting and other mesh manufacturing processes to maintain consistent registration during the
print run cycle.

• Balanced optimum performance:
• SmartMesh-P achieves improved high tension strength combined with better elasticity
resistance.Warp & weft threads are balanced for optimum printing performance.

• SmartMesh-N is Nylon Monofilament fabric. Made from high-strength extra-fine wires and with
ourspecial manufacturing method, it delivers a high-strength screen with a opening and high
aperture ratio.
